Chemical seals are diaphragm seals well suited for use in food and pharma industries where the formation of bacteria needs to be prevented by reducing or eliminating dead legs where process product could remain and create impurities and bacteria e.g. by fermentation.
The diaphragm seals can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures of the SIP (Steam in Process). All clamps are suitable for CIP (Cleaning in Proces), and thus ensure a hygienic safe connection between the media to be measured and diaphragm seal.
